Our Legacy and Evolution
Canby Disposal Company is a proud division of Kahut Waste Services, LLC, a family of companies rooted in a legacy dating back to 1967. Starting as a one-truck operation by owner Fred Kahut, the journey led to the establishment of the Canby franchise in 1974 alongside brother Jerry. In 1980, K.B. Recycling, Inc. emerged as a state-of-the-art material recovery facility, processing around 80,000 tons of material annually.

(Established in 2002), and City Sanitary Service (Established in 2013). In October 2021, Kahut Waste Services joined the Waste Connections family, continuing local operations and delivering top-notch service to our community.
